Step-by-Step Guide: Using Microsoft Copilot AI in Teams to Upload and Summarize Two Files (Have two digital files, size less then 1 MB, available that you would like Copilot AI to summarize)
📌Step 1: Click Windows Start. Skip to step 9 if you already have access to Copilot on Microsoft Teams.

📌 Step 2: Type "Teams" in Windows Search area, then click on the Microsoft Teams app

📌Step 3: In the Teams app, click on Copilot on left, then go to step 9. If Copilot does not appear, go to step 4.

📌Step 4: Click on Apps

📌Step 5: Type "copilot" to find the Copilot app. Click Add to install Copilot

📌Step 6: Click Add to confirm Copilot installation

📌Step 7: Click Open to start Copilot

📌Step 8: The screen below confirms Copilot access. Right-click the Copilot app and select Pin to ensure it appears every time you start Teams.

Before using Copilot, ensure your data stays secure. Check the upper corner of your screen to verify you're logged into your Enpro account.
